Essential is the cheapest API key. There is no free key. You can buy Essential or Professional online and your key is emailed after payment. The contact form does not issue a key.

Pass your key in the X-API-Key header. Requests use one base URL: https://officiallookup.com/api.

Receive JSON
Each response returns structured data and names its source.
You get three free requests a day on each checker, per IP, resetting at midnight UTC. You need no key.
Call the SIA licence check API
This example uses a placeholder licence number made of zeros, not a real licence. You need no key for the free daily requests. If you have a key, add an X-API-Key header.
